Single Point of Entry (SPOE)
What is SPOE?
The AAAD serves as Single Point of Entry (SPOE) for persons needing information on long-term care programs or services for the elderly and adults with physical disabilities. The purpose of the SPOE is to facilitate seamless access to the broad array of long-term care programs and services available to Tennesseans who need them, including programs for persons who do not qualify for Medicaid.
