Home Delivered Meals Service
The Home Delivered Meals Service provides one healthy meal per day delivered to the consumer’s home. Home Delivered Meals are available under the following programs – Older Americans Act, Options, National Family Caregiver Support Program, and the Statewide HCBS Medicaid Waiver.
