CDBG Loans

Tennessee has Community Development Block Grant Loan funds available for small city economic development. These monies are available for infrastructure improvement, building and capital equipment purchases, and to assist industrial manufacturing companies in locating and expanding operations in Tennessee while providing Tennesseans with jobs.
